Romana:

Manastirea Ortodoxa Romana “Sf Cuv. Dimitrie Basarabov este o comunitate monahala de calugari ce se afla sub jurisdictia Arhiepiscopiei Ortodoxe Romane din cele doua Americi, avand ca intaistatator pe IPS Nicolae Condrea.

Manastirea a fost infiintata in anul 2004 si obstea are in componenta pana in present trei preoti. Slujbele se oficiaza in limba romana.

Incepand de anul trecut la manastire s-a inceput consctructia unei biserici, raspunzand dorintei comunitatii de monahi si credinciosi de a avea o biserica care sa ofere un spatiu liturgic mai larg.

Speram si ne rugam ca acest mic Athos romanesc sa infloreasca si sa devina o oaza de viata duhovniceasca.

Multumim tuturor celor care au ajutat si care ajuta manastirea noastra pe orice cale si ne rugam ca Bunul Dumnezeu sa reverse peste ei binecuvantarea si mila Sa cea bogata.

St Dumitru Romanian Orthodox monastery is a cenobitic community for men under the omophorion of His Eminence Archbishop Nicolae of Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese in Americas.

The monastery was estabilished in 2004 and the brotherhood is currently comprised of three ministers. The daily cicle of services is conducted primarily in Romanian.

The monastery is in the process of building a church to meet the growing needs of the monastic community and the faithful who visit. We hope and pray that this holy place will continue to grow, reaching the heights of all spiritual understanding.

We are very obligated and thankful to everyone who has helped and is helping the monastery in any way that can, and we wish from our hearts that the Lord may bless them all.
